Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  • Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested
  • Detect security incidents or protect against malicious activity
  • Comply with a legal obligation
  • Make other internal and lawful uses compatible with the context in which you provided the information

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information within 45 days of receiving your request.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Under California law:

  • "Sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration
  • "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes

Funraiser does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, some of our data sharing activities, such as sharing information with advertising partners, may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.

  • Email us at support@funraiser.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"
  • Submit a request through your account settings (if logged in)
