Tax Deductibility Disclaimer

Funraiser does not guarantee that donations are tax-deductible.

Tax deductibility depends on many factors, including:

  • Whether the donor received any goods or services in exchange for the donation
  • The donor's individual tax situation
  • Applicable federal and state tax laws

Only donations to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations may be tax-deductible, and even then, limitations may apply. Funraiser does not provide tax advice and does not issue donation receipts for tax purposes. Campaign organizers are responsible for providing any required documentation to their donors.

Donors should consult with a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of their contributions.
